Step 4
Once all information requested for the project has been provided and payment is received, work will begin and preliminary design proof(s) will be provided to you via e-mail in .pdf format. Then you can email back your feedback on the designs so far.

Step 5
Taking into account your critique from each draft of designs, it will be worked on further and sent to you for further feedback. If you feel that the design is not right for development, further new ideas will be created. This process of designing and reviewing will continue within reason until you are happy with the final look and feel of the item(s).

Step 6
Once you are happy with the final design and provide us with your approval, final payment is due via PayPal.

Step 7
Once final payment is received, we will provide you with print ready files of the project. We will also keep your files archived at least two-years after final release date.

The Design Process

Step 1
Once you have decided to consult the services of Creative Graphic Group, please submit a quote request/information form. This questionnaire is very important for the design process and will help us create the right image for your company. Please take your time. We need to know your company's philosophy and plans in order to personalize the design and portray your company's strategies. At Creative Graphic Group, we are committed to protecting your privacy. None of this information will be shared with another party.

Step 2
Creative Graphic Group will contact you with any further questions and provide you with a price estimate and Project Agreement within 48 hours.

Step 3
If you decide to accept the services of Creative Graphics Group, you will be expected to pay 50% of your estimated total as a deposit prior to beginning work. The final payment is due immediately upon completion of the project. For your convenience, we accept PayPal payments.
